Do your beverages contain any alcohol at all?
Most of our products are 0.0% ABV. However, some dealcoholized wines and beers may contain trace amounts up to 0.5% ABV, which is the industry standard for 'alcohol-free'. Please check the specific product descriptions for exact details.
How do you ensure the quality of glass bottles during shipping?
We use custom-designed, eco-friendly reinforced packaging specifically built to protect glass bottles. In the rare event of a breakage, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
What is the shelf life of your non-alcoholic spirits?
Unopened bottles typically stay fresh for 12-24 months. Once opened, most alcohol-free spirits do not require refrigeration but should be consumed within 3-6 months for optimal flavor profile.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Due to the weight of liquid shipments and varying international customs regulations regarding food and beverage, we do not ship outside of North America at this time.
Can I return a product if I don't like the taste?
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on personal taste preference. However, if a product is defective or arrived damaged, we will gladly issue a replacement or store credit.
Are your products suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals?
While our drinks are non-alcoholic, some contain botanical extracts or adaptogens. We always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before introducing new functional ingredients into your diet during pregnancy.
